The purpose of this blog was to discuss the deep issues in the educational system in a constructive way seeking solutions and change. However, it's transformed and is now geared towards leadership, education, health & fitness and of course, JESUS.

Be Reflective!
Reflection is challenging, but an essential
component of growth. In fact, it is
absolutely critical that it becomes a part of who we are as professionals,
especially in the realm of education.
Albert Einstein so eloquently puts it, “Intellectual growth should
commence at birth and cease only at death.”
And I might add this, growth is intentional and it’s reflective through practice with a disposition of this: I have a passion to get better, not for my
sake, but for the sake of the lives of those at stake! In other words, it’s not necessarily about us,
but rather it’s about those whom we serve. Who are those whom you serve? Reflection on our own effectiveness as a mentor
is not just a thought, it must be a habit.
